DNA & RNA Synthesis

Biosolve offers an extensive line of products for DNA and RNA synthesis: standard phosphoramidites, RNA phosphoramidites, specialty amidites and modifiers, solid synthesis supports, reagents and solvents for a wide variety of instruments.

Customized products, such as special phosphoramidites, modifiers and linkers can be provided as well.

Standard Phosphoramidites

Biosolve offers high purity (>98%) and high coupling yield (>99%) standard phosphoramidites conditioned in ABI-compatible vials or Expedite-compatible vials for use in automated DNA/RNA synthesiser. All phosphoramidites are purified to meet the most stringent specifications: minor impurities, known to affect the yield of DNA & RNA synthesis, are eliminated through chemical and physical treatments.

RNA Phosphoramidites

For synthesis of RNA to be used in RNA interference (RNAi) experiments, Biosolve proposes RNA phosphoramidites (2’-OTBDMS Protected Amidites) packed in ABI or Expedite compatible vials. With TBDMS protective group, these RNA phosphoramidites are compatible with deprotection methods based on methylamine or AMA and yield to high incorporation rates.

Speciality Amidites & Modifiers

Biosolve proposes a comprehensive line of high quality amidites and modifiers for automated DNA/RNA synthesiser: 5’- internal and 3’-amino modifiers, 5’- and 3’-thiol modifiers, 5’- and 3’- phosphorylating modifiers, 5’ and internal -biotin or fluoresceine labelling, TET and HEX amidites, TNA or cyanine phosphoramidites.

All amidites and modifiers are specifically treated to remove all contaminants that could affect reaction yield and are conditioned in ABI or Expedite compatible vials. To ensure maximum shelf-life, containers are filled under inert atmosphere and Water content is kept at minimum workable levels.

Synthesis Support

Biosolve offers bulk synthesis support for DNA/RNA synthesis. These supports use the standard Long Chain Alkyl Amine (LCAA) linker but differ in the glass pore size, 500A or 1000A. They are fully end-capped to ensure that CPG surface is inert for clean and reproducible reaction profiles.

Ancillary Reagents

Biosolve offers a comprehensive line of liquid reagents and formulation for DNA and RNA synthesisers: ABI or Beckman instruments and AKTA Oligopilot.

Fully compatible with these synthesisers, each product, solvent or formulation is purified to meet the most stringent specifications. Impurities, known to affect the yield of DNA & RNA synthesis, are removed through chemical and physical treatments. To ensure maximum shelf-life, containers are filled under inert atmosphere and Water content is kept at minimum workable levels.

Fully Synthetic Sphingolipids

With over 40 years in the lipid synthesis, Biosolve produces and supplies synthetic lipids from milligrams to multi-kilos quantities. Well-characterised, these synthetic lipids are identical to their natural analogs and are well-defined, free of other lipids, non-lipids, bacterial/viral contamination.

Biosolve developed extensive experience and in-depth know-how in the R&D of new lipid based products, high quality phospholipids and other related compounds that are increasingly used as key substances (excipients, critical materials etc.) in drug formulations, drug delivery or manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).

Stable Isotope Labeled Compounds

NucleoSyn, leading supplier of innovative DNA & RNA related products and synthetic lipids, launches new product line & services dedicated to support your bioanalytical, Omics and ADME/DMPK projects: Stable Isotope Labeled (SIL) Compounds.

Stable Isotope Labeled Compounds used as:

Tracers in metabolism and omic studies using mass spectrometry or NMR spectroscopy.

Internal standards in quantitative bioanalysis by LC / MS.

Tools to enhance PK of drugs, drug candidates (Deuterium medicinal chemistry).

Tracers for assessing absolute bioavailibility of drug candidate.

Either with 2H, 15N or 13C or a combination of them,

Incorporation of isotopic labels at specific positions of the compound, including site selective and multiple site selective schemes.

For stable isotope dilution assays, preferred labeled isotopes : 15N & 13C (Golden Standard) over 2H lab in order to ensure optimum co-elution with the unlabeled analytes and optimum isotopic purity.

Custom 2H, 13C, 15N building blocks and reagents synthesis.

Experience of labeling a wide range of chemotypes: heterocycle, natural product, amino acid & peptides.
