Phenol Solutions
BiophenolTM is the line of ready-to-use phenol solutions from Biosolve. Water saturated, highly purified and stable, these phenol solutions are also available as kits, which enable customers to choose the pH conditions of the separation media.
Acrylamide formulations
Biosolve offers various acrylamide formulations, including stable ready-mix solutions for sequencing gels. Formulations of acrylamide containing Piperazine type linkers, displaying very low backgrounds, are also available.
Buffer Solutions
Biosolve offers ready-made, ready-to-use buffer solutions. Of high quality, most buffers are available at various concentrations and pH, conveniently packaged in a 1l, 2.5l and 4l volumes.
Standard reagents
DTT, IPTG, Protéinase K, SDS, Tris, X-Gal… Biosolve proposes a large offer of high quality reagents for molecular biology. All theses products are quality tested to ensure the absence of DNase, RNase and Proteases activity.

DMF, DMSO, Ethanol… Biosolve offers high quality solvents for molecular biology.
Dyes
Biosolve offers a variety of dyes for absorption and fluorescence applications, such as: biomedical imaging, optical imaging techniques, chemical probes, as well as functionalized and ready for conjugation probes. These dyes cover a large spectral range, from the UV to NIR spectrum.
Rh-dyes
Biosolve offers Rh-dyes: RH-1691, RH-1692 and RH-1838. These Rh-dyes are voltage sensitive (with amphiphilic character). An important feature is their ability to rapidly alter the intensity and wavelengths of emitted fluorescent light with high temporal resolution (down to the millisecond) as a result of membrane potential changes. A major advantage of RH dyes is their absence of absorption in the hemoglobin absorption region, resulting in improve signal to noise ratio, making them suitable for in-vivo usage.
Oxonols
DiBAC2(3), DiBAC4(3), DiBAC4(3), Oxonol 5… Biosolve proposes membrane potential-sensitive probe for Life Sciences.
Styryls
Di-4-ANEPPS, Di-8-ANEPPS… Biosolve offers different high quality styryl dyes for fluorescent detection.
Cyanines
Biosolve offers Cy3 dyes and Cy5 dyes dyes available as phosphoramidites or other derivatives with a fluorescence in the yellow, orange and red region of the visible spectrum.
